So I sent my subwoofer off to radioshack to get fixed about 2 weeks ago and finally got it back today. They didn’t repair it, bc apparently they don’t have the tech specs/parts to fix it…the good thing, they didn’t take my $20 for shipping, so i got that back. Well, today i decide to call up logitech and see if they will finally help me. I wait on hold for some time, and finally talk to “Peggy” who was nice and helped me out. She told me what i had to do, and gave me some stuff as to where to send my speakers to. It kinda ended like this:

Woo, got my thumbdrive this morning. Pretty cool lil thing, its damn small!

Lets see…yesterday andy came over. We chilled and watched a couple movies, rode around for a lil bit, and played some games. I ordered me a new HD yesterday, so it ought to be coming in a few days. Yesterday was pretty uneventful, mostly just tried avoiding boredom. I fear today will be the same.

On a brighter side, i have only 16 days till i move up to school. I’m gettin ancy, can’t wait. It will be here before i know it.

I found out from good ol sunday school several things concerning how christians are ’supposed’ to live:

for example, if you go to a restaurant that serves alcohol, and you eat there…and some random person goes out drunk, and kills someone…you are responsible because the bible says that you aren’t supposed to help along the establishment in the first place, because they are ‘caught up’ in the affairs of the ‘world’, and by you giving them money..you only promote that.

also, you shouldn’t go to any place of business on sunday. the reason is because if you go [somewhere], and give them money, then you’ve just given them a reason to be open, and to have someone working there, thereby keeping that [someone] out of church.

the preacher said today that anyone who says that it was wrong for the u.s. military to go to iraq, is just a ‘wicked Cain’[as in Cain & Abel]. it is our duty to go there and no one can say otherwise…hmm is this opinion, or preaching?

Not 2 much has been goin on in the last couple days…Yesterday, i just spent a lot of time w/ my lil brother, and playing some games on my computer..i actually got that bored. Last night i went to bed really early, sometime around 9-ish…i dunno why, just plain ol boredom i suppose.

Today has been much the same. I got up this morning pretty early, compared to normal…about 8 or so. Mom went to go get my lil cousin that lives in natchitrash, he’s gonna be stayin here almost a week.

Right now my computer is under my very special care (haha, yes…even more than normal). It seems the fan to my cpu just felt like giving up…it started sputtering, and my computer overheated and shut off. I went to radioshack, and they sell the fan + heatsink for $20…ouch. After all, all i want is the fan…well, i went and looked online, and found the fan i need for $4 (SUCK THIS RADIOSHACK!)…lol, but i gotta wait for it to come in, that’s the downside. Currently tho, i have several fans rigged up to take care of the processor’s heat, and i think i finally got it…it seems to be stable (phew). I was beginning to wonder if i’d be able to get on my computer the next few days or not.

Other news, kailey’s mom found out about what happened (some 3 weeks or so ago) before she left…and turns out, my loving father was the one who had to call her up today bc he “has been fighting with it”….wtf.

Yea, the whole reason i told him in the first place, (not like i wanted to)…bc it was 1am, kailey wasn’t in good shape…and being a loving boyfriend i wanted to make sure she would be alright. We, turns out that comes back to bite me in the ass. For one kailey hates the whole fact that i ever told them in the first place [which i really don't care, i've explained my reasons]…and now my dad has to go and try to be the good guy, and take care of things by callin up kailey’s mom and spilling the beans. Ugh, this whole thing pisses me off…i thought it was behind me…grrr.

Well, whatever happens with that, who knows, who cares…i never seem to do the ‘right’ thing..

I went crabbing yesterday morn w/ that fam…woke up really early and went out past hackberry. It was funny for some odd reason to see all of those ppl out there, on some random dock in the middle of nowhere, in the drizzling rain…with lil strings tied off of the warf. We caught about a couple dozen crabs, and boiled em for lunch..pretty good.

We came home, and the pastor’s wife called us…she was real dizzy or somethin, so we had to go get her and the preacher. I got to tote the preacher around to the store and stuff…but it was in his mustang, so that was alright. The mustang rides better than that van of ours…lol

Ha, yesterday i got in my ‘mode’…kinda like a ‘neatfreak’ mode…but more of an organizational type. I just started arranging a bunch of my crap..and started gettin some of my stuff ready for school. I love that mode..its cool.

This mornin…my mom was talkin to my lil brother, and i was like “what did he do?”….turns out my brother had a bunch of fines and whatnot, and my mom was tired of payin them, so he has to do work to ‘pay’ my mom back. I laughed and was like “haha, you have to do slave labor”…at which point mom gave me the eye, and my brother starts cryin like a lil baby…truly hilarious.

I went to andy’s house last night, and had a good time. We stayed up till about 3-4, which is later than my summer norm of anytime from 12 till 2. We talked a lot and joked around, we talk about some interesting stuff, ya hear.

We woke up to his little sister and cousin yelling in our ears…arghh, it was too early. I came home, and did pretty much nuthin else today. I did some scholarship stuff, i guess its about that time that i start gettin serious about these things.

Call me *geek* now…i was bored today, so i did some massive
programming on my calculator, so what if im weird bc i enjoy doing
that, or i get a joy out of knowing i can, and others
don’t/can’t…lol. Either way, I’m not bothered, so let me entertain
myself! ha.

I bought me a new thumbdrive for school, its gonna come in handy…me and conan are gonna laugh at all the lil juniors and their floppy disks…muwahaha, lol.

Not too much goin on right now, i gotta wake up around 5am to go crabbing tomorrow morning…..joi. That about wraps it up for moi

Yesterday, i just did the normal church stuff. Last night, i went and picked up kailey, and we went to quizbowl’s house. It was really good to see her, it’d been over two weeks, since the night before we broke up…and quizbowl, about as long. We chilled at quizbowl’s house and talked for a while, then we went to see ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’. That was a pretty good movie, but i had trouble staying awake towards the end, cuz it was long, and late. I had a fun night with them both.

I dunno bout me and kailey, im beginning to think its just gonna be us being really good friends, and nothing more. Part of me still wants what was, but im starting to feel like i need to move on. It’s kinda uncomfortable and painful at the same time. I love her, but judging from myself, and stuff she’s been saying…it seems like this is it :-\

I mowed grass today. It was hot as all hell, and i sweat a lot. I drank pleny of water though…After that i finally went a bought some cdr’s, so that’s where that cash went..

I went to a wedding today. It was really cool, i like it a lot. It was for a friend of mine that i’ve know since childhood…and she’s not more than 2 years older than me, which seems scary.

I was gonna go hang out with quizbowl and kailey, but that was put on hold. Instead i went and hung out at my cousin’s house. It was her and jake…and keith, my other cousin (ash’s older brother), with his boy. I don’t think i’ve really seen him since he’s been born. It was cool…some of our time was spent watchin the lil rascal play around, hehe.

That’s pretty much all i did today, after i left there i dropped jake off and came home.

Man, im still so confused about all of ‘this’. It would be nice if time would just speed on by and uncover what i want to see. I don’t know what to do with myself right now, but im just gonna carry on..and eventually something’s gonna happen. :-\ …one step at a time.

25 days till i go to school..

Wow, after i don’t know how long, i actually had a decent convo with you know who. I don’t know what changed my mind to talk to her, especially the way i’ve been feeling about all of this, and things i thought i made up my mind about…are once again unsure.

My mind sways back and forth…and it is quite dizzying.

I think i’m back on ’speaking’ terms with her anyways…even though just last night i didn’t give a damn if i ever talked to her again, or anything associated.

Man…i still can’t wait till i go up to school..mainly bc this summer sucks and is filled with crap.

I have to mow grass in the morn, so i better get some shuteye, goodnight to all, and to all a goodnight.

Today was interesting, i suppose. It was the last day of the space camp thing, so i got my money…

The kids blasted off their rockets that they made, and kplc, fox, and the american press came by to get some stuff. The fox guys were putting their camera right next to my rocket stand i was using and were like “i hope those rockets don’t mess up the camera!”…lol

It was hot as all hell out there, and worse in the afternoon session..i think i got a slight burn from it all.

For lunch everyday, i’ve been just chilling with a couple other helpers (my age) at their grandma’s house. We’ll we were there again today, as well as my sister…and the space camp lady’s lil son (blaine). That kid was dissin my sister like all hell..it was funny. They were arguing, and what is more funny, is that my sister is like twice his age and was gettin offended. “you are gay and stupid”…i guess ya had to be there, but it was funny. They ended up breakin some lamp…which ended up my sister poutin in the van (while it is f-ing hot) for the whole time of the afternoon session. Yea, that’s pretty dumb…lol.

Turns out that my sister is tryin to get me in trouble for it and all…go figure.

ha, there is this lil kid in the afternoon session that looks like a mini 50 cent…so we started callin him ‘fifty’. That lil kid is pretty buff for bein so small…and funny. He was showin us his dance moves and whatnot…

I also met some head dude at the arch chemical place…the company that pays for all the stuff…and he was like “so you’re the rocketguy”…apparently some ppl brag about me

Since i got my cash…i finally can get my subwoofer fixed…after prolly 3/4yr (or almost) of bein shot. I brought it on over to radioshack…yay.

Mom has been bein anal all day…mostly cuz my sis went and ‘told’ on me (addin a few juicy lies)..so mom has been acting worse today..ugh

parents are dumb. whinin bout gas when im not even using their vehicle(s) to go to the space camp thing. I just felt like writing this to blow off steam. today is the last day….here i go.

Umm…yesterday, i went over to jake’s house to chill. We went on over to the mall to see if they had some screws for his phone, but they didn’t…so we looked around in AE for a while, wish i woulda had some cash on me, i wanted to get some clothes.

After that, we went back to his house…we were gonna chill and watch a movie, but it was past 9:30, and dad wanted me home for 11…cuz i had to wake up at 5am.

So today, woke up and headed to houston…for johnson space center (the xth year i’ve been there) on a tour bus, for the space camp thing. I slept most of the way there, and back…with some reading when i was awake.

I had only 3 kids to watch, cuz a lot of parents came…I had one really hyperactive and slightly mischievious (spelling?) kid…another semi-hyper one..and a shy one. Fun stuff trying to keep all of them entertained and find something they all want to do at one time. It was a cool day, i guess…even though i’ve been there more times than i can count.

Yea, one thing that made it worthwhile is this time there was a lot of good looking girls ;)…which distracted me somewhat…lol, paying attention to them and the kids at the same time = funny.

Made it back in one piece…im kinda tired from the trip, even though i probably made up for lost sleep there and back.

ok, lets rewind back to this morn.

Woke up..got ready to do the space camp stuff…i was excited, but not
awake. Mom says it takes 40 min to get there … every year…so i
leave like enormously early. Get there, its 40 min till it starts. Yee
haw.

It was a fun day helpin out tha kiddos. Buncha lil youngsters were damn crazy in the morning session, but the afternoon session that came…seemed, well, asleep. It went all good, it was a long day, but it was fun and entertaining. Of course the lady that runs the thing goes and brags about me to everyone she sees…needless to say, they like me over there, and i enjoy helping out as well.

Came home…wore out.

I was gonna go see kailey, hadn’t seen her in bout 10 days, but that didn’t happen. oh well. Not too long after that, i got into this crazy ass convo w/ conan…then after a while i ended up in a chatroom of new jr (cat), sr’s (lindsey, conan, haiqiao), grand sr (guidry), and andy [i think that's everyone]. It was crazy and fun for a lil while…then just went ‘blah’. Talked to jo too some, and lindsey a lot.

I wanna thank conan for a his lil bits of advice…jo for cheerin me up (AGAIN), ur a cool girl…and Lindsey, for all the stuff u said (it was a lot), but it also helped a lot. Lindsey, ur just awesome. thx ya’ll.

31 days….

Long, church filled day…since I live at
church, this happens often.

Woke up, did the usual routine…got ready, went and sat in church 1min before it starts, like usual. good ol sister comes in and is like “did you forget about sunday school? dad is teaching class…come with me”. Puzzled, i follow her. Along the way, i pass church members who are like “did you forget you had class?”…still puzzled, i ask my sister “when did this start?”…she tells me wednesday that dad decides to start teaching sunday school to the older youth, ie me, and the two new kids that have started to come. Oh wait, they decided to throw my sister in too, since she was tired of being in mom’s sunday school class with luke. Haha.

Great, this opens up brand new opportunities, like special teaching to me, for me….basically, a reason for my dad to have hour long talks to me on a regular basis, boy am i thrilled.

So he passes out the church constitution…which is a lovely document about their “core beliefs”. We get to review it, thoroughly, for as many months as it takes in sunday school (fortunately, i will be at school most of the time).

Dad talks about how this world has changed the meanings of words to suit their needs (i know what you are thinking, but words just can’t take on new meanings over time!…lol)(take the word ‘gay’ for example). He shows the class his webster’s 1800’s dictionary and how the words got their meanings from the way they were used in the bible, and that’s how they did it in the old days, and how they should (but don’t) do it these days.

Well, the sunday school goes along, and im paying about 20% attention to what he’s saying..and the rest is watching everyone (all 4) else phase in and out of consciousness…fun stuff.

It’s a good thing that dad can use me for his examples in class, something i love..*cough cough*. And, just as in the karate lessons he’s been teaching the fam (if you don’t know, just laugh..if you do, just laugh)…he relates his bible sunday school lessons to karate. So the sunday school class was interesting, at best…and held my attention, in the least. That’s about how i pay attention in church, to pastor gandy’s preaching…as i sit their programming my calculator with useless designs (yes, i am that bored). A few tidbits i did pick up though were:

Well, now that we’re off that subject…those kids that i spoke of (they are 16-17ish) got to stay the day…and hang with ol markus. I felt weird…bc i didn’t want to be rude and just leave the guys hangin (after all, what else could they do), but i really couldn’t do anything that interested them. Needless to say, i was stuck with them for the afternoon…doing whatever interested them. It wasn’t so bad, we played pool on the halfass level table (we fixed it a lil)…and went outside and played some ball, but wore out from the heat.

One of the kids decides that he knows my cousin, ashley…and calls her. I’m like, no…she most likely doesn’t want to talk to you, she’ll probably be creeped out by a random person calling her…and just no, don’t call her. Well, against my biddings, he does anyways. I think she had someone (im assuming jake, cuz she’s always around him) get on the phone and essentially told him to f*** off, lol. I mean, the guy is ok to hang around for a few minutes, but after a while, it gets annoying trying to entertain someone.

Oh yea, thanks to Phi, I’ve realized that i have a major problem in my scedule for next year…hopefully i can work it out (and maybe use the problem as a means to get the calculus II teacher i wan).

A whole lot of nothing happened yesterday. woo hoo. Talked to ppl, like usual. Watched 3 movies, out of plain ol boredom. “Shanghai Knights”, “Basic”, and “Terminator 3″. Fun stuff… Kailey came back too..i thought she was coming back on fri, but apparently not. I finally got to go to andy’s last night, after his mom changed her mind that it wasn’t a ‘bad day’…hmm.

33 Days till i go to school. I’ll get to see lindsey, cat, meagan, conan, april, heather, annie, haiqiao, phi, nick, brittany, etc etc….[and the list goes on]

I will still miss everyone here too ;(
