Well, i woke up about 5:30 today and was gonna go fishin with dad. I hopped in the shower to wake up, and when i got out dad said he got a call from the hospital saying he was scheduled for work today. Bummer.
So i got some xtra sleep…woo. Today was kinda boring, i watched some movies. I also went swimming for a few hrs too…and that kinda wore me out. I think andy is probably gonna come over tonight, so we can be bored together or find something to do. I miss kailey a lot, and im in the same city as her…i haven’t been able to see her much bc she’s spending time with her dad (he came in from boston for a lil while) and she will be leaving for a week, next week too

Goddamn I feel so bad for Kailey. Today she was supposed to get her license. From what I understand, the bitchass lady won’t let her get it bc she stopped at the wrong time during the test. I know this is probably the worst place to talk about this, but a lot of times through the thick of the flames someone actually gives good advice, which is what I need right now.
My friend Julia who I’ve known for close to 8 years now has down syndrome. My mom used to take care of kids who had disabilities and that’s basically how I got to know her. Dont’ believe everything you see in the movies and on TV’s or what not, people with down syndrome can communicate and have fun just like everyone else they just do it in a different way. Over teh years we’ve grown really close as friends, and not until lately have I had any romantic feelings for her whatsoever.
The problem started about a month ago, we were hanging out at my moms house waiting for her to get back from the store so she could drive her home. We were watching TV by each other (we always sat close just cause I dunno) when I don’t know what drove me to do this but I wanted to see what she did if I put her hand by my crotch. She didn’t do anything, and I know from all these years that she doesn’t really recognize things that are innapropriate in public (burping, passing gas, laughing loud at movies etc) so I didn’t think she would understand what I was doing. So I put her hand on myself and kind of moved it back and forth. After a little while she was doing it on her own and from what I thought didn’t understand what she was doing until she kissed me. I was shocked at first because I thought she must not know what she was doing so I just kind of took her hand away and ignored it. Then she did it again and kissed me on my ear. Anyone who has worked with these kinds of children knows that when they do something they shouldn’t you don’t freak out and get mad.. but I wasn’t sure how to react because she had never done anything this crazy before so I just let her do it because I didn’t know how to react. she kept doing it and eventually I wanted to touch her back, so I did and things just started.
I was too worried at the time that my mom would come home so I had to stop it. I was so worried she would say something on the ride home with my mom that it nearly drove me crazy, but my mom didn’t say anything so I know she didn’t. In the next few weeks we kept doing this (she is always over there on mon tues and thurs) and eventually…we had sex.
I didn’t want it to happen, but I’m only human. We were created to have sexual desires for the opposite sex and I can’t fight that, and I DO like her as a friend. I’ve tried to make it stop but now she’s coming to me for it every time and I just can’t help it. One side of me is completely sickened by the idea, then the other side of me loves every second of it. Anyway, I’m at a loss of what to do. I can’t make her stop coming around, and I don’t feel like I can stop doing this with her.

Well, not much happened today…I’m home now. I spent the night at andy’s last night, and spent most of the day at his house…it was fun. Kailey got her new car today, and I’m really happy for her. First thing when I got home dad says “I want you to go clean the kitchen. Everything. Now.”…fun stuff, I didn’t even have time to unpack, geez. Well, it’s been just another day…and ima try to find something to do for the rest of it…
Ok, church is getting scarier and scarier…tonight was prayer union (aka, pray/preach night…wait, thats all the time)…so there was an altar call in which everyone had to go down to the altar, while the paster & my dad took turns praying…
So I go down to that ol fashioned altar and kneel down…my mom is on my left, dad to my right…and im just sitting there staring at whatever there is to stare at. During the praying…my dad kept moving around and ended up closer to me each time…yea, i was definately getting creeped out by this.
The pastor was the first to pray, and it was normal…and the only thing bothering me was my dad fudging his way closer to me. The pastor stopped, and my dad picked up the prayingness. Let me tell you, it was so not obvious at all that my dad was directing his prayers towards me…(oh yes, this made me feel really weird). Stuff like “We need everyone to realize hell is real” “We need spirits to move tonight to make god come alive” “god is the only way, no one can live without him” “We need everyone in here tonight to know you are god and to be saved from the lake of fire” etc…the whole /you are shit without an omnipotent being; if you refuse to believe in an omnipotent being you are damned to hell etc./
I just get worried …I mean…they are like directing all their shit towards me now, every chance they get, and it is really creepy. What are they trying to do, scare me towards god by using all this bs? Anyways, I see you are reading my journal again…wooptie freakin doo. I drove back from natchitrash today…woohoo. Im glad the graduation wasn’t bad, it was just long, but im happy that im gonna have mine there, bc it was pretty neat. I haven’t done much else today except sit on my ass during practice, graduation, and my drive home, oh …and (since i didn’t go anywhere else), while i’ve been talking online.

I won’t go into details, but we talked about some of the many hardships brought on by distance (being away at lsmsa), parents, and also finding the proper balance with friends etc…
It’s time for this whole bullshit with my parents which is getting/has gotten out of hand to stop. Sure i slipped up and got caught in the church…but they need to let me breathe…how many times have i slipped up? and yet here they are treating me like this…it’s gone too far and i really need to do something about it.
Well, this summer, i plan on spending as much time as I can with Kailey and My Friends, and i don’t need my parents hassling about EVERY SINGLE THING.
